載前妻家當堵門口　推倒房東受傷判拘

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市一名鄭姓男子與妻子離婚後，今年農曆大年初五將前妻10多包行李載到前妻的沙姓女房東樓下，沒想到大堆行李擋住大樓出入口，保全發現通知房東到場查看。

鄭男當晚11時許又去看，發現前妻與房東正在搬東西，房東氣得大叫：「你把我家當作垃圾場哦！」雙方發生爭吵，身強體壯的鄭男將房東推倒造成多處受傷，事後沙女怒告。

由於其前妻也指證前夫與房東推來推去，沙女跌倒，腳受傷，加上原告指證歷歷，因此新竹地院法官依傷害罪判鄭某拘役20日，得易科罰金2萬元。
