洩個資助討債　惡警被訴138次洩密罪

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市警局39歲楊姓男警員涉假借辦案，從警政資料庫查詢民眾個資，交給經營當舖的鄭姓男子討債。新北地檢署查出楊男一年間查詢1600多筆個資，非但與辦案無關，其中138筆更明顯洩密，今起訴楊男涉犯138次洩密罪嫌，每次最重可各判3年。

新北市警局接獲楊男主管回報，發現楊男從去年6月到今年7月，以M-Police警用掌上電腦或桌上型公務電腦，頻繁查詢民眾車籍、戶役政或查捕逃犯、失蹤協尋等資料，卻始終沒辦出什麼成績。

案經移送檢方偵辦，查出楊男除提供民眾個資給鄭男討債，另指點毒品通緝犯開溜、幫朋友找尋被拖吊汽車，甚至楊男告人詐欺，也擅自查詢對方身分資料。

楊男僅承認洩密，儘管檢方認為每筆個資依行情為1千元到3千元不等，楊男經濟拮据，不可能做白工，但查無金錢交易證據。檢方斥楊男身為警務人員卻淪為討債集團尋人工具，建請法官從重量刑。
