【動新聞】新北最大重劃區計畫　塭仔圳將動工

【地產中心╱綜合報導】新北市推出「繁星13計劃」，其中新莊及泰山塭仔圳重劃區面積為457公頃，整體規劃比新莊副都心面積大4倍，預計明年動工執行都市計劃。

塭仔圳重劃區以捷運三環三線串聯作為發展重點，結合輔大醫療中心的建置，目前該區僅有的新案為寶佳機構「明日城」，現在正推第2期「明日城Ⅱ」，每坪開價45~50萬元，為40~90坪中大坪數，共474戶，已售出4成，以換屋及置產型買方為主。
