力麒郭淑珍：明年房市量價難衝高

【劉曉霞／台北報導】力麒建設(5512)今天和中國北京控股集團旗下成員京泰發展公司、北控水務集團公司簽訂策略聯盟合作意向書，雙方將在汙水處理、房產和飯店業合作。力麒建設董事長郭淑珍說，將和京泰合資成立新公司，經營台灣汙水處理業務。

對於房市後市，郭淑珍說，明年量價衝高應較難，但去化沒有問題。她也透露，目前台北市取得土地困難，未來不排除投入地上權案，目前正在新竹市、台中市重劃區獵地，最近也在看新北市鳳鳴段重劃區1300多坪土地，和林口住一的別墅案。郭淑珍認為，現在營建業成本最高的就是土地，雙北市地主開出的價格非常硬，沒有任何折扣，希望政府控制一下地主。
