北韓批美前提荒謬 阻六方會談

（法新社首爾27日電） 北韓今天抨擊美國，基於「荒謬的前提」阻撓討論北韓去核問題的六方會談，只會促使平壤加強核子嚇懾能力。

官方「北韓中央通信社」（KCNA）報導，北韓外交部發布聲明說，平壤尋求針對核子計畫「談出解決方案」，但因美國的「敵意」政策受阻。

北韓這份聲明是回應美國對北韓政策特別代表戴維斯（Glyn Davies）25日的發言。戴維斯在伊朗核子計畫達成初步協議後，暗示美國將對平壤祭出更多制裁。

北韓發言人表示，戴維斯的言論，反映出美國反對北京與平壤的呼籲，不願恢復討論北韓核子議題的「六方會談」。

美方堅持，唯有北韓展現去核承諾，2008年停擺至今的六方會談才有可能復談。

北韓發言人說：「美國基於荒謬的前提，在復談之路上蓄意製造障礙，如此不當的行為，每每都將受到指責。」

他說，「只要美國愈發毫不掩飾地採取敵意舉動」，北韓「將被迫持續地加強嚇懾」。（譯者：中央社鄭詩韻）
