住越高負擔越高

跑馬燈: 新店5F公寓加裝電梯.
溝通3年後終於讓所有住戶達成共識.
5F負擔40%, 4F負擔30%, 3F負擔20%, 2F負擔10%.

電梯跑到5F所需的電費, 磨損, 保養..... 會比跑到2F的多, 所以住越高負擔越高, 這才是合理的邏輯.
而非像現在那種不管住幾樓都平均分攤所有成本, 這是不合理的分法.
