手機排版 不好意思，工作新鮮人，很多事情不了解 目前正在做業務，但由於公司不支援業務，不肯給任何資源，總而言之我做的很無奈，所以想換工作 但怕離職後找工作會找不到，因為之前都沒工作經驗 目前在經濟部看到有開缺，想試試看，但上面要求寫工作經驗，包含離職證明 但我不想先離職在去面試，怕沒上就失業了，如果直接跟他們說還沒離職的話，又怕他們會覺得這樣很沒職業道德？應該要提前通知，不應該騎驢找馬？ 還是應該要講其實我在待業？如果被發現騙他們，應該也不好… 另外，雖然爬過文，我目前是在試用期，所以可以當天說離開就離開，但真的不會有任何問題嗎？會不會有違反到勞基法的任何一條？ 請大家幫幫忙給個意見，謝謝！ -- posted from android bbs reader on my Sony LT29i https://market.android.com/details?id=com.bbs.reader -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.70.70.216
