北市擬為YouBike加保第三責任險

【林媛玲／台北報導】北市YouBike每天超過2、3萬人次騎乘，但也衍生不少交通事故，北市議員王欣儀今在市政總質詢指出，市府猛推YouBike卻未對「自行車意外事故」加以投保，有民眾被YouBike撞傷卻無法獲得理賠，要求交通局應比照汽機車強制加保第三責任險，讓受傷民眾時可獲得理賠保障。

交通局長王聲威回應，目前YouBike已投保公共意外責任險，若民眾因單車本身損害或故障造成民眾受傷，單一事故最高有500萬元理賠，至於民眾遭YouBike撞傷須加保第三責任險部分，現正規劃研議，對於投保額度現由勞保局與保險公司精算中。
