林書豪頭包已消腫 哈登四管齊下療腳傷

據《休士頓紀事報》報導，林書豪頭包已消腫，他參加球隊今天的全部訓練。

昨天火箭擊敗灰狼的比賽，林書豪被洛夫（Kevin Love）肘擊，前額撞出一個小包，不過，今天訓練時這頭包已經幾乎看不出來了。

「我現在好多了，」林書豪說，「昨晚有點頭痛，但是現在沒事了。」

林書豪繼續說，「我只是對它進行冰敷，一直按著它，很快包就消失了。」

昨晚因為左腳疼痛缺席的哈登（James Harden）也參加訓練，投籃，做重量。他的腳傷已經困擾他近3周。哈登表示，他繼續為腳傷做治療，「冰敷，按摩，鐳射，藥膏……。所以現在好多了。」

之前火箭的計畫是讓哈登休息兩場，「我們明天會再評估，」哈登表示，「疼痛狀況好了很多，休息幫助了我很多。」
