男媒介傳播妹遭起訴　法官判無罪

【胡治言／綜合報導】林姓、張姓男子媒介傳播妹陪酒，遭檢方依妨害風化罪起訴，但法官認為傳播妹難免和男客親密接觸，未必是猥褻，判決無罪。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，林姓男子的經紀公司，媒介旗下傳播妹給客人，再由張姓馬伕接送至約定地點陪酒，並和男客發生親吻、擁抱、摸大腿、摸胸等親密行為，遭檢方起訴；法官表示，傳播妹工作時難免和男客有親密動作，諸如親吻臉頰、勾手、攬腰等等，這些動作並非全都是猥褻，且2男未要求傳播妹和男客做猥褻行為，因此判決無罪。
