殺未婚妻棄屍　醋夫重判14年

【胡治言／綜合報導】怪手司機陳朝枝（58歲），今年3月因懷疑陳姓未婚妻與友人搞曖昧而醋勁大發，竟持鐵條重擊臉部將其殺害再棄屍路邊，桃園地院審理，依殺人罪重判14年。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，法官認為，陳朝枝智能正常，應知道以堅硬鈍器持續毆打足以致命，且毆打不只一下，「足見用力之猛，殺意之堅」，桃院地院指出，陳朝枝造成陳女家屬傷害甚鉅，且陳女家屬具狀述請重刑，判處14年徒刑，褫奪公權5年。
