不好意思又來問一次 電鍋可以炒菜已經從上一篇發文得到答案了 非常感謝各位板友 我有在YOUTUBE看大大提供的 吳秉承師傅的電鍋出好菜 不過他也有很多菜都要先用炒鍋炒一遍 最後的步驟再放進去電鍋 類似用蒸的 好像無法純粹用電鍋做菜? 而且他教的料理都還滿精緻的 我想說學簡單一點的 類似空心菜炒牛肉 炒蛋 炒高麗菜 一些很基本的 利用電鍋來處理 例如外鍋加多少水 油加下去等多久再放入料 先謝過各位了!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.127.188.3
