中美利空夾擊　亞股午盤重挫逾1%

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】美國QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）退場恐慌再度籠罩市場，中國製造業景氣走疲又增添利空氣氛，亞洲股市午盤除日股逆勢上漲1.4%外，其餘普遍重挫，表徵整體行情的MSCU亞太不含日本指數下跌1.2%
 
亞太各國股市午盤包括中國、南韓、印度、泰國均跌逾1%，香港、印尼、新加坡則超過0.5%，澳洲、紐西蘭也是走跌局面。
 
美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）公布上月聯邦公開市場委員會（Federal Open Market Committee，FOMC）會議紀錄顯示，Fed理事認為若未來幾個月經濟數據改善，仍有可能啟動QE退場，開始縮減債券收購計畫，未排除12月減碼QE可能性，較市場預期最快明年1月才啟動的時間點更早。
 
另一方面，滙豐公布11月中國製造業採購經理人指數（Purchasing Managers’ Index，PMI）初估值為50.4，較10月50.9下滑，反映中國製造業景氣雖持續擴張，但擴張速度放緩。
