11月21日訊 受利空訊息影響，上海家化(行情,問診)早盤低開低走，截至目前，該股報39.25元，跌幅5.83%。

2013年11月20日，上海家化公告稱，收到中國證券監督管理委員會《調查通知書》，通知書稱，“因公司涉嫌未按照規定披露資訊，決定立案稽查。”這距離11月15日新掌門人謝文堅上任還不到一個星期。

同時，上海家化還公告稱，收到上海證監局對上海家化采取責令改正措施決定的決定書，決定書稱，2008年4月至2013年7月，上海家化與滬江日化發生采購銷售、資金拆借等關聯交易，存在未披露的采購銷售關聯交易及累計3000萬元資金拆借關聯交易等問題。而上海證監局要求上海家化自收到責令改正書之日起30日內commit書面報告，並對不符合上述規定的行為及時予以整改。
