市場情緒謹慎　美股早盤持續震盪

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】受周一道瓊工業指數與S&P 500指數收盤未能守住重要關卡影響，投資人對美股可能回檔修正的憂慮加大，市場氣氛趨於謹慎，美股3大指數早盤持續在平盤上下震盪。

在美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed）今年的決策會議上擁有投票權的芝加哥Fed總裁伊文斯（Charles Evans）稍晚將發表有關經濟與貨幣政策的談話。Fed主席柏南克（Ben Bernanke）也將於台北時間周三上午8點發表演說。市場將關注演說中是否釋出任何有關QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）退場訊息。
