【方翊倩／綜合報導】國民黨中央政策會在官網公布培訓短期國會助理徵選訊息，竟限定年齡三十五歲以下、男性須役畢及國民黨黨員等資格，違反《就業服務法》就業歧視規定。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，民進黨立委趙天麟爆料，公告中限定應徵資格須具碩士以上學歷，除年齡、役畢、黨員等規定外，還強調「無法隨時加班」者勿試。他痛批國民黨是執政黨，馬英九身兼黨主席，卻帶頭就業歧視。國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池昨說，這只是培訓班，主要是培訓對國會助理工作有興趣的年輕人，不一定就業，所以不涉及就業歧視問題。
