澳盛銀：中國三中改革　減少經濟下行風險

【林潔禎／台北報導】澳盛銀行今日發布對中國三中全會提出相關改革措施的研究報告，其中指出這些突破性改革將讓資源更有效地分配，並帶動經濟的增長，也將大大減少中國經濟的下行風險。如果有效的推動下，中國將恢復到一個可持續增長的路徑上。
 
澳盛銀表示，這些改革措施是前所未有的，高於市場預期的方式，包括中國高層領導承諾移除授予國有企業的特權，消除競爭的障礙，使用市場價格因素的價格，加快放鬆管制利率和資本流動，降低對外國投資的限制措施，改革的財政系統和地方政府發行債券的權利。
