因應甘比亞斷交 馬英九召開高層會議

【陳郁仁/台北報導】甘比亞宣布與我斷交，馬英九總統下午召集行政院長江宜樺、國安會秘書長袁健生、外交部長林永樂、總統府秘書長楊進添召開高層會議。府方人士說，馬總統召開的高層會議，主要是就目前整起事件所掌握的訊息，擬定因應策略，但至於採取何種策略，則將由外交部進一步說明。

但我外交部發言人高安卻表示，「無法幫國安會說明策略為何，目前只能請雙邊大使和我國派去的特使，了解雙邊有什麼誤會。」同時，因賈梅前天(週五)已將外交節略遞交給我國，表示要結束兩國關係，不過，高安仍說，「雙邊使館都還沒收到斷交和撤館的相關文件，我特使前往還有外交禮遇通關，目前還再透過雙方駐使了解情況。」她說，「他們宣布，我們還沒有回應作為。」
