菲國風災避難所 衛生條件差

（法新社菲律賓塔克羅班16日電） 菲律賓受到颱風海燕重創，援助物資今天雖抵達災區生還者手中，但臨時避難所衛生條件極差。

海燕11月8日重創菲律賓，威力之強大令初步救災援助完全無法抵達最需要援助的災區，雷伊泰省和薩馬島的災民依舊無食物、也沒電沒水。

救災人員表示，雷伊泰省塔克羅班市內作為臨時避難所的體育場現況駭人，幾乎完全毫無衛生可言。

1名91歲的婦人說：「我有錢，但錢又不能當飯吃。我需要藥物，但沒有藥局開門營業。」（譯者：中央社蕭倩芸）
