里民會堂吸毒自首　里長稱「離婚心情差」

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市警方上週接獲民眾報案，「有人在里民會堂吸毒！」。警方趕往查看，見該區的50多歲游姓里長站在里民會堂門口，向警方坦承吸毒，並在辦公室內查扣兩支毒品吸食器、安非他命殘渣袋，警方將兩人帶回偵訊。
 
警方調查，游男稱「最近離婚心情差！」表示情緒低落才不慎碰毒。訊後警方依毒品罪移送兩人。附近居民表示，里長服務熱心，驚訝說「不敢相信他會吸毒！」另有民眾說，該里長離婚後結識染有毒癮的女友，才會誤入歧途。
