【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國夏威夷州參議院，在今日稍早以19票贊成，4票反對，通過同性婚姻合法的法案。

議場外有數百名支持同性婚姻的民眾，一聽到法案通過，當場鼓掌歡呼。夏威夷也成為美國第15個通過同性婚姻合法的州，該法案將在下月2日起生效。
