六家民間實驗室 加入銅葉綠素檢驗

假油事件持續延燒，食品藥物管理署昨天公布食用油中銅葉綠素之鑑別方法，通知民間實驗室盡快建立技術，只要經過審核通過，就可以加入銅葉綠素鑑別。

食藥署風險管理組組長陳惠芳表示，目前有六家民間實驗室有意願建立技術，包含財團法人食品工業發展研究所、台灣檢驗科技股份有限公司台北食品實驗室、全國公證檢驗股份有限公司、台美檢驗科技有限公司、屏東美和科技大學、財團法人中央畜產會。
