【財經中心／台北報導】潤泰新（9945）、潤泰全（2915）今日召開重大訊息說明會，宣布潤泰集團總裁尹衍樑，將買下潤泰新即將推出的豪宅「松濤苑」頂樓，面積328.19坪，每坪260萬元，尹衍樑另將購買地下1樓及地下3樓共計9個車位，總價逾8.75億元，這將是尹衍樑名下擁有的第1戶集團的房產。
 
潤泰新處分利益將超過4.86億元，預計本季即可入帳，對於第4季營運有明顯幫助，依照潤泰新股本117.95億元計算，對每股純益貢獻約0.41元。
