洪案軍醫呂孟穎　業務過失致死不起訴

【張沛森／桃園報導】洪案中遭控涉嫌業務過失致死罪的陸軍269旅前軍醫官呂孟穎和駕駛兵何承錚，經桃園地檢署偵辦後，認為從呂、何2人接獲通知到禁閉室救治，並將洪送醫，整個過程約20分鐘，而何開救護車送洪到附近的天晟醫院，僅花了7分鐘，並未有延誤就醫等情形，因此予以不起訴處分。

呂孟穎父親在得知兒子獲不起訴處分後，也在臉書發表文章感謝各界關心。
