【黃揚明／台北報導】民進黨立委黃偉哲服務處執行長陳浚璋前晚酒駕被台南市警方逮捕，媒體報導並未比照一般酒駕者上手銬，還給予禮遇，等酒醒後才酒測、做筆錄。警政署長王卓鈞今在立院受訪說，台南市警局該上手銬的地方、時機都依規定做，並沒有特別禮遇的地方，但因媒體報導，駐區督察還是會去瞭解。

王卓鈞強調，台南市警局昨已將陳浚璋以公共危險、妨礙公務罪嫌移送台南地檢署偵辦，且他酒測值是0.97，並沒有降低，至於是否有酒醒才做筆錄、酒測，要等警政署瞭解後再說。王強調，警政署要求員警嚴正執法，對同仁執法絕對支持。
