士林地檢署搜索劉政池七七行館 查違建

苗栗縣長劉政鴻胞弟劉政池位在台北市泉源路的「七七行館」爆出占用國有地、不當得利200萬爭議，士林地檢署檢察官今天上午持搜索票進入別墅，釐清違法部分。

國產署上月指出，北市北投區泉源路77、77-2、77-3號主體建物，並未坐落國有地，但毗鄰的泉源段三小段505、506、506-6、506-7、515 地號國有地，遭建物附屬設施併同使用，搭建圍籬、種植花草樹木等，面積約1400坪，但國產署並未同意託管辦理綠美化。
