微風廣場2011年5月公開購入網路暢銷麵品阿舍乾麵。針對媒體報導檢測阿舍乾麵「醬包含有重金屬殘留」，阿舍食品公司做以上表示。

阿舍重申，此報導提及的重金屬元素，為環境背景值所可能出現的測驗結果；檢測內容品項都符合相關規定。

業者說，產品除取得ISO22000，HACCP認證，也領先同業申請碳足跡盤查，並制定標準。
