竊佔國有地當車位　30年省200萬租金

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市62歲林姓男子，苦無停車位，就近在住處附近找了1小塊國有地當停車位，一停就是30年，市警局偵一隊接獲檢舉著手偵辦，林嫌辯稱車位太貴，為省開銷才佔用一旁土地，但以為是私人土地，不知佔用到國有地。

警方調查，林男先以帆布搭建2座簡易車庫，6年前以為無人察覺就「呷好逗相報」，又竊佔20坪土地供兒子及女婿使用，數月前林嫌又要擴大車庫規模。警方初估林男省下車位租金達200萬，訊後依違反森林法及竊佔罪嫌送辦。
