華隆自救會特偵組提告　控劉政鴻炒地

【林益民／台北報導】由華隆公司退休人員組成的「華隆自救會」，上午有近100名成員到特偵組提告，控告苗栗縣長劉政鴻與副議長陳明朝涉嫌炒作華隆總廠土地，及苗栗縣政府未確實稽查華隆退休提撥，涉嫌瀆職。

自救會會長李翠明說，自救會成員有300多人，是10年前自華隆陸續辦理退休的勞工，平均每人遭積欠100萬元，共計3億多元退休金，資方曾簽訂3年內給付完退休金的協議，卻聲稱沒有錢而跳票。

自救會表示，劉政鴻涉炒作華隆總廠土地並協助資方將資產搬運至越南，去年媒體爆料後，苗栗地檢署查了1年多仍無結果。自救會希望特偵組能介入偵辦，因為此案是「重大經濟犯罪」，也是特偵組應該調查的案子，自救會表示，想讓特偵組有公信力，就該辦此案。
