男子亂撿石塊　吃竊盜官司

【李宗祐／嘉義報導】嘉義縣61歲吳姓男子今天清晨涉嫌開小貨車到阿里山公路路旁一處空地，拿走14塊長條型砌石回家，石塊所有權人湯姓男子發現砌石不見報警處理，警方循線在吳男住家人贓俱獲，依竊盜罪嫌移送法辦。
 
湯男表示，今天清晨5時許，聽到屋外有異常聲響，向屋外探頭查看，空地停放一輛小貨行跡可疑，起床開門出外正要詢問，但小貨車已離去，發現堆放在空地要做為庭院造景使用長條型砌石短少14塊。
 
警方調閱路口監視器，很快就找到家住番路鄉公田村隙頂的吳男，並在小貨車上查扣失竊的14塊砌石，把吳男帶回偵辦。
 
吳男供稱，行經阿里山公路64公里路段，發現路旁一堆砌石，以為無人所有，才撿拾回家。
