遷怒女友父親阻交往　男子縱火燒錯車

【陳建緯／新北報導】新北市新莊化成路今天凌晨2時許驚傳汽車縱火案件，警方調閱沿路監視器，今天晚間逮捕涉嫌縱火的34歲陳姓男子。陳男坦承縱火，以為燒的是前女友父親的轎車，怎知卻是燒錯車。
 
警方表示，陳男日前與前女友敘舊，想與她舊情復燃。但是前女友父親卻出面阻止，還聲稱女兒已經嫁人，以後不要再來騷擾，讓陳男心生不滿。今天凌晨2時許，陳男騎車到被害人住家附近加油站買20元汽油後，再騎車到被害人住家附近，找到疑似前女友父親所有的黑色豐田汽車，以汽油燒車洩憤。
 
怎知，陳男只知道前女友父親駕駛黑色豐田汽車，並不知車牌號碼。陳男到了前女友住家附近後，發現1輛黑色豐田轎車，以為就是這1台，哪知道竟是燒錯車。警方訊後依公共危險罪函送法辦。
