員工檢舉黑心廠商 獎金增至罰鍰半數

食品安全事件頻傳，北市府為鼓勵民眾檢舉黑心廠商，訂定「窩裡反條款」。只要經衛生局公告為特定重大案件，檢舉獎金由原本百分之五，提高至百分之十，最高可獲得一百五十萬元；企業內部員工舉發者，更增加至百分之五十，最高獎金高達七百五十萬元。

北市府表示，本月十四日將「台北市檢舉違反衛生管理法規案件獎勵辦法」修訂條款送議會備查，即可實施。

至於離職員工是否也適用「窩裡反條款」，獲得罰鍰半數的獎金？衛生局長林奇宏表示，市府無意挑起企業內部勞資雙方或管理方面問題，因此僅適限企業內部員工舉發。
