企業用智慧眼鏡比例5年上看10%

【王郁倫／台北報導】穿戴式商機無限，顧能出具最新報告指出，智慧眼鏡（如Google Glass）正促使資訊長（CIO）重新檢視穿戴式電子產品對企業帶來的影響，智慧眼鏡搭配擴增實境技術及頭戴式相機，提高產業人員效率，未來3~5年預計對現場服務產業每年創造295億台幣獲利。
 
Gartner研究總監Angela McIntyre分析，智慧眼鏡可提高技術人員、工程師，以及現場服務、維修、醫療與製造等產業工作人員的效率。最能夠節省成本的地方在於縮短問題診斷與修復的時間，不再需要另外派遣專家前往遠端據點。
 
智慧眼鏡仍屬新興科技，美國開始使用智慧眼鏡的企業仍不到1%，但對於擁有外勤人員的企業來說，其使用率將於未來5年內提升至10%。此外，平價家用版智慧眼鏡的推出將進一步推動市場普及。
