恫「我混艋舺的」性侵檳榔妹　男不起訴

【呂志明／台北報導】家住台北市的楊姓男子，被控今年8月6日下午1時，在台北市萬華區的檳榔攤，見到年輕的檳榔西施，便恫嚇「我是混艋舺的」，然後在店裡直接將手強行伸入對方的衣服內摸胸，還用手指插入下體，涉犯強制性交、猥褻等罪嫌。

雖檳榔西施指證歷歷，但楊男始終否認犯行，台北地檢署檢視被害人驗傷診斷書，並未發現女子陰部有任何新傷，另當時檳榔攤正在營業，還有客人來來去去、且案發當時，女子還與男友打行動電話聊天。檢察官認為，若告訴人真遭到性侵害，應立即呼救或是趁機逃離，但被害人卻沒這麼做，與常情不符，再加上無其他證據可證明楊男涉性侵，因此不起訴。
