日高島屋賣場 食材標示造假

共同社報導，日本連鎖百貨公司高島屋5日發佈消息稱，旗下5家百貨店和1家購物中心的餐館和賣場發現食品標示與實際食材不符情況。

報導稱，目前發現存在此類情況的共有62種商品，其中包括標示為「日本對蝦」的商品實際使用的是「草蝦」，以及標示為「牛排」商品，使用的卻是「注牛脂加工肉」等情況。

發現商品虛假標示的有高島屋東京日本橋店、新橫濱店、岡山店、橫濱店、新宿店等5個店鋪，以及千葉縣的柏高島屋車站商城。據悉，百貨店內餐館採用出租經營和業務外包模式。

虛假標示的時間為2004年4月至2013年11月1日。高島屋常務董事增山裕在東京召開記者會稱，「並非故意為之，但反映了員工意識薄弱」，並道歉稱「給顧客添了很大的麻煩，衷心表示歉意。」高島屋將在向顧客瞭解使用情況的基礎上，實施退款等措施。

有關標示問題，阪急阪神酒店集團等在全國範圍內也發現了食材標示與產地和種類不符問題。
