【林海／台北報導】福懋油（1225）爆發假油事件，即公布退換或回收辦法，發言人陳世章指出，無論有無發票，消費者只要持有商品，就可進行退費。
 
福懋油表示，任何有關退換貨品疑慮，公司設有專線02-25073121分機345，輔助消費者完成退換貨。
