標題[問題] win8.1開 IE11

不知道是我的電腦問題，還是WIN8.1問題， 只要是第一次開IE，則網頁就會很慢才開啟。 而且不只網頁，還有一些程式等等，都會 延遲很久才開啟。我是WIN8升級的。不知 大家有沒有這種問題呢?謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.237.120.121
