43~ 當老闆很難,要扛獲利及管理等阿里布達問題 你的這種情形看過的很多會採高壓方式管理員工 但風險是流動率會很高,獲利降低最後準備收攤 找人用人是種學問也是種賭注 就算在職場上打滾多年的總字輩也是常常會用錯人 如果底下的人真的太糟就直接辭退 也不用覺得不好意思 好的員工適時給予獎勵並適時調整職務 有的人是求錢有的人是求名有的人是兩者都要 你要能保持彈性 但不建議因遇到幾個員工擺爛,你就用過低薪資請人 這樣很容易陷入惡性循環 錢太少員工只是更加隨便應付 如前人提到的義務役現象 錢過少用人的pool劣質品機率是非常高的 有時間要多看管理學等書籍充實自己 畢竟你是老闆,不是跟許多人一樣是領薪水的 希望你的公司業績將來蒸蒸日上 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.232.240
