單身女子少用臉書　「避免觸景傷情」

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】古人說「少不讀《水滸》、老不讀《三國》」，現在專家有新建議：「單身女子別用《臉書》」。

因為社群網站《臉書》(facebook)上充斥着大量幸福照片，例如豪華婚禮、喜獲麟兒，專家認為，單身女子看到這些照片會感到妒忌，不利她們的健康。

根據《每日郵報》(Daily Mail)的報導，英國兩性關係專家史特林貝爾(Zoe Strimpel)指出，結婚及生小孩的照片，會讓單身女子感到妒忌，讓她們開始產生「窺視」的習慣，而且這些照片，加強她們對於自己生命短少某些部分的感覺，久了會影響她們的身心健康，認為她們應與《臉書》來個「一刀兩斷」。

另外，她也指出《臉書》上的大量資訊，會讓單身女子過度分析潛在的約會可能，但極可能與事實不同，使得單身女子沉溺在自己的「幻想」當中，也對她們構成負面影響。
