經歷前一晚激情如火的搖滾之夜，苗栗國際藝術季今晚第二場跨界天王傳奇演唱會，美聲天王羅素華生帶給全場觀眾另一種柔情似水的音樂饗宴，他演唱多首膾炙人口的世界經典名曲，天籟般的嗓音時而柔情、時而高亢，讓觀眾聽得如癡如醉。

今晚羅素華生演唱會由縣內卑南族、賽德克族的傑出歌唱家南賢天、張秀美暖場演唱，南賢天還特別選了「客家本色」歡迎華生來到山城做客演出，縣長劉政鴻也致詞，感謝從各地專程趕來聆賞演唱會的外地遊客，預祝大家一同享受這場美妙的音樂盛會，並感受山城鄉親的熱情。
