檢舉食安獎金少 立委提案10倍奉還

【黃揚明／台北報導】黑心食品頻傳，目前檢舉黑心食品的民眾獲得罰款額度5%的檢舉獎金，台聯立委葉津鈴認為獎金太低，根本不具誘因，因此她擬修正《食品衛生管理法》第43條修正案，比照台北市路平檢舉獎金最高比例，將檢舉獎金提高為為實收罰款的50%，是現制的10倍。

葉津鈴說，目前《食管法》是授權衛生福利部自行訂定檢舉獎金額度，依照「檢舉違反食品衛生案件獎勵辦法」第4條規定，是依查獲案件所處罰金或罰鍰額度的5%核發檢舉獎金。但比起財政部檢舉逃漏稅可得罰金的20%、北市路平檢舉獎金最高可得罰金50%相比，食安檢舉獎金偏低。
