孫大千提案增修「囤房稅」

國民黨立委孫大千表示，針對有投資客將買房增值當成存款一事，他已提案增修「囤房稅」，房屋所有人若持有除自住屋以外的第二間房屋，所有房屋將分別課以房屋現值2.4%的房屋稅；若持有三房(含)以上，每棟房屋將被課以3.6%的房屋稅。

財政部長張盛和今日在立法院備詢時對此表示，財政部的意見與孫大千是一致的，財政部會將房屋持有稅放入特種貨物勞務稅相關配套中。孫大千提案目前已送交議事處，等待程序委員會排入院會一讀。
