目前現職公司擔任職務名稱：Web art (無管理職) 工作年資：1.3個月 小公司，員工加總6位 如果今天有其他公司(大規模300人以上，有母(有上櫃)子公司，找我的是子公司)要挖角， 開出比現職薪水高33-34%的條件，階級掛管理職(培訓儲備幹部) 福利：有三節獎金、團隊獎金、生日禮金、加班費、其他年假部分依勞基法規定 現職公司福利：除了沒有團隊獎金、生日禮金、加班費 其他都有 工作內容：其實大同小異，新公司比較偏向專職;現任的雜事比較多 如果現在卡在過幾個月就可以領年終(1.5個月)，如果你目前有成長33-34%的薪資 你會選擇領完年終後再找(有考慮市場很多年後上班、競爭者變多的關係)工作 還是直接離開，投靠新公司? 如果是你，你會怎麼選擇?原因?謝謝各位。 ps:其實我是想聽聽看要留在現職公司的版友意見。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.177.45.65
