餐敘起酒後口角　男遭安全帽痛毆

【吳國仲／新北報導】今天凌晨1時許，永和區信義路1家小吃攤發生酒後打架事件，1名劉姓男子(約20歲)遭友人以安全帽砸傷，頭部有撕裂傷，派出所警員抵達後將他送醫，所幸傷勢並無大礙。
 
警方初步調查，劉男與友人在小吃攤餐敘，席間有喝酒，在聊天時發生口角後竟大打出手，友人遂拿起店外的安全帽，朝劉男頭上砸下去，派出所警員見狀隨即將劉男送醫，打人的友人則逕自離去。劉男就醫後到派出所製作筆錄，目前在考慮是否對打人的友人提告傷害。
