來我家喝咖啡 咖啡農用溫暖拓通路

南投縣鹿谷鄉近年流行種植咖啡，但仍欠缺銷售通路，咖啡農賴彥旭決定不只賣咖啡「商品」，還要賣喝咖啡的「幸福氛圍」；今天他分享自身經驗，將自宅木屋改裝為咖啡廳，讓外地遊客來鹿谷茶鄉也能享用好咖啡，10年耕耘下來，每年可賣出上千磅咖啡。

從事飯店業15年的賴彥旭，10年前返鄉務農。他利用休耕茶園種植咖啡，堅持有機農業，一路走得艱辛。他說，前兩年客源不穩定，烘焙得再好的咖啡豆，也落入「不知道要賣給誰」的窘境，

賴彥旭改變做法，不把咖啡當作商品，反而「加值」，讓民眾喝到一杯好咖啡外，也能喝到閒適的氛圍與主人的關心。
