署醫採購案…黃焜璋關說涉貪 公懲會撤職

曾任衛福部前身衛生署技監並兼任衛生署立醫院管理委員會執行長的黃焜璋，被控與醫療儀器廠商有不當接觸，還介入多所醫院採購案，去年遭監察院彈劾後，司法院公懲會昨天以他不當接觸廠商、介入關說，決議撤職並停止任用1年；他涉及貪汙的處分，另案處理。
