拿不到止痛藥　男殺光全家8人

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】美國喬治亞州一名26歲男子海因茲(Guy Heinze)，涉嫌在2009年8月對自己的父親和其他7名家人痛下毒手殺害，昨日被裁定以謀殺、嚴重襲擊等8項罪名成立。

警方指出，海因茲有吸食古柯鹼的習慣，事件發生當天，海因茲疑似在吸食過古柯鹼之後，和家人發生爭執，並企圖從某位家人手中強取止痛藥未果，進而產生殺機。海因茲先是用獵槍槍管打父親和7名家人，最後更把他們殺死，隨後海因茲還報警稱：「我殺光全家人了。」

海因茲在同月29日被捕，目前檢方不打算對他求處死刑，據悉倖存的弟弟在法院聽到裁定宣讀後，當場痛哭。
