同志遊行前夕 婚姻平權法案付委

第十一屆同志大遊行將在明天舉行，台灣伴侶權益推動聯盟推動、立委鄭麗君所提出的婚姻平權修法「民法親屬編、繼承編部分條文修正草案」今天上午在立法院院會一讀付委，修法內容修正民法規範的婚姻關係，從「兩性」修正為尊重不同性傾向、性認同的「多元性別」平等，賦予同性婚姻的權利。鄭麗君指出，婚姻平權法案付委，達成台灣邁向性別平權的第一步，但這只是討論的開始，期待社會未來可真誠對話。

法案中除了合法化同性婚姻，同時也開放多元性別配偶共同收養子女，增設禁止歧視條款。伴侶盟理事長許秀雯指出，許多國家已經開放多元家庭收養子女，根據國外研究，孩童的性傾向與教養者並沒有關連，也不會影響學業、社會適應等各方面表現。

鄭麗君指出，多元成家方案共有婚姻平權、伴侶制度、家屬制度三階段，現在婚姻平權已經送進委員會，年底將舉辦三場大型公聽會，盼增進社會對話，期待透過修法，降低社會對同志歧視。
