這件事最近已經很煩了..... 各品牌都有手機硬體軟體上的問題，不管是當機還是死機還是拍照等， 在手機廠商未公告前，請不要散布資訊說「已解決」或「已全面更換零件」等。 大家都是消費者，沒有必要替廠商背書。 這些手機軟硬體方面的問題， 可以分享自己經驗，「我用起來有改善」、「我沒遇到問題」， 但不可以宣稱「更新後已解決問題」、「已全面更換零件應無問題」等， 因為這是廠商的事，不是消費者的事。 消費者沒有必要替廠商背書打包票，更沒有必要替廠商宣傳或漂白。 除非有清楚的資訊來源，如官方公告、新聞媒體報導等， 若是有人告知，至少要具名寫出對方職稱，方可做如此宣稱。 否則，什麼店員說、老闆說、門市說，通通都不足以代表該廠商已修正問題。 此標準各廠牌都一樣，不會厚此薄彼。 反正最近每家廠牌幾乎都是一堆問題，當機死機拍照爆炸火光層出不窮。 違者一律依板規四「不適當之討論」論處。 歡迎檢舉。 此公告前的將直接刪除，公告後依板規四論處。 謝謝 以上 板主 TheoEpstein -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.24.0.223 ※ 編輯: TheoEpstein 來自: 114.24.0.223 (10/25 15:45)
