喬丹大帝拍賣豪宅　身家25萬美元即可競標

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】美國「籃球之神」喬丹位於芝加哥的豪宅，將在11月22日公開拍賣，擁有25萬美元的身家(約7350萬台幣)，就可參加競標。

喬丹在2012年2月時，就已公開出售這棟占地逾1570坪的豪宅，當時開出的售價為2900萬美元(約逾8.5億台幣)，創下當地史上最貴房產開價紀錄，不過苦覓買主一年多，房子還是賣不出去，喬丹決定將房子交給拍賣行拍賣。

這棟豪宅內有9個房間、19套衛浴、泳池、戶外網球場、3個大車庫、以及1個室內標準籃球場。
